24th January 2009, Saturday – My Suzuki Swift is already 6 months old and the mileage is near to 10k kilometres. I think it is the time to do wheel rotation as well as balancing and alignment. I did the procedure at Sin Hup Huat Company (Menglait) yesterday, just after the electricity supply to their area was back to normal.
And, I got a copy of Michelin Safety Advice brochure. According to the brochure, correct alignment is important in order to get the best road handling, protect the tyres from irregular wear, and save fuel. Balancing helps to prevent premature wear of the tyres and eliminates vibration.
