Tarikh dikemaskini : 22 Februari 2011

Pihak yang mengeluarkan Sijil Halal ialah Majlis Ugama Islam Brunei (MUIB). Manakala Jabatan Hal Ehwal Syariah khususnya Bahagian Kawalan Makanan Halal adalah sebagai urusetia melaksanakan tugas menerima permohonan dan memprosesnya yang antara lain menjalankan tugas mengaudit restoran serta menjalankan temuduga dan ujian lisan / bertulis kepada penyelia-penyelia makanan halal yang disediakan oleh pemohon (mengikut kehendak undang-undang berkenaan). Permohonan diaudit bersama agensi kerajaan yang lain yang menjadi jawatankuasa pemeriksa. Antaranya ialah Jabatan Pertanian dan Agrimakanan, Kementerian Kesihatan, Jabatan Bandaran, dan Jabatan Daerah-Daerah. Setelah siap diaudit oleh pihak yang terlibat, maka permohonan itu akan dimesyuaratkan oleh sebuah jawatankuasa yang menilai hasil audit.

Seterusnya sokongan akan dibuat oleh jawatankuasa ini kepada Majlis Ugama Islam. MUIBlah yang akan meluluskan sokongan atau tidak meluluskannya.

23th February 2011, Wednesday--Today, Brunei Darussalam celebrates its 27th National Day Anniversary. A mass gathering and grand parade was held at Taman Haji Sir Muda Omar Ali Saifuddien, Bandar Seri Begawan on this historic day. The theme of this year celebration is "Negaraku Brunei Darussalam" (My Country Brunei Darussalam).

18th February 2011, Friday--I do not remember either I have eaten the McDonald's Prosperity Burger or not. I do eat the Prosperity Beef Burger (a number of time) either the Bruneian version or the Malaysian version. I heard someone in my workplace that the Prosperity Chicken Burger is available since last week. So,  I try to find some time to go the restaurant.

I managed to eat the Prosperity Chicken Burger on the 15th February 2011, Tuesday evening. I did pass by McDonald's Restaurant  a number of time before, but due to a number of reasons such very long queue, forget and I am very full because somebody treat me at somewhere else, my desire to eat it have to be postponed.

As usual, due this is my first time eating the Prosperity Chicken Burger, I took some photos before eating it. At least I can share the meal through the photos that I took.
