SRTLDB Held A Farewell Ceremony to Their Former Staffs

19th March 2009, Thursday -- Sekolah Rendah Tentera Laut Diraja Brunei held a farewell ceremony at Orchid Garden Hotel, Berakas today evening. The function was for our former SENA teacher, Cikgu Liza, who was transfered to Sekolah Rendah Dato Mohd. Yassin, Perumahan Mentiri, and for our support staff (cleaner), Kak Hajah Afsah who retired from the government service.

The ceremony begun with the recital of Surah Al-Fatihah and the Doa Selamat. Then, our school GB (Headmistress) delivered her speech. After that, Cikgu Liza and Kak Hajah Afsah delivered their speeches. And, GB presented our farewell gifts to them.

Lastly, it was time to eat.

The venue. The glass. My first plate: fried chicken wings and vegetable popia. My 2nd plate: A kind of French pastry. I really like this. Also in my second plate: roti prata with chicken curry. The finale: 3 slices of watermelon.
