13th April 2009, Monday -- Yesterday morning I joined a Brunei Forever Forum (BFF)'s Kenali Negara Kitani (KNK) Outing to Bukit Batu Bujang Pahang, Kampung Menunggol, Pulau Berambang, Mukim Kota Batu.

The meeting point was the parking lots in front of the Sekolah Rendah Pintu Malim, but i parked my car at the mosque's parking lots. Then we walked to the jetty for the water taxi to Pulau Berambang. The fee is BND1.00 per person (one way).

We arrived at the jetty at Pulau Berambang and waited for one more of our member. We went to the foot of Bukit Batu Bujang Pahang by a bus that costs about BND1.00. The road is made of concrete. There were cars and motorcycles seen at the houses along our journey. The distance from the jetty to the foot of the hill is about 3 kilometres.

Next, from the foot of the hill to the peak is nearly 1 kilometre. My GPS says the height of the Bukit Batu Bujang Pahang is about 160 metres. Our return journey took about 2 hours, to keep ourselves fit and to take photos.
